Eastern Western Corporation

(EWC) is a Portland real estate investment and management firm specializing in commercial assets throughout Oregon.

The company’s projects primarily consist of office, industrial, retail and multi-family properties, several of which EWC developed. With its highly experienced staff—led by current President and CEO Michael McGinley—EWC self-performs the day-to-day accounting, management and leasing of its assets.

Family-owned and operated, EWC is the successor entity to North Pacific Lumber Company, a lumber trading, manufacturing and timber company founded in the early 1950s by Douglas David.
